We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in client handling, networking, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and queries
Coordinate meetings, events, and engagement activities with design professionals
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term partnerships
Track client interactions and maintain updated records
Support the team in executing brand engagement strategies
Gather feedback from clients and help improve service quality
