CRM – Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and concerns.
Understand client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Conduct regular client follow-ups to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, networking, and market research.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IFM/facility management sector.
Coordinate with the operations team to understand service capabilities and prepare suitable proposals.
Follow up with prospective clients from enquiry to closure.
Client Coordination
Coordinate with clients and internal operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Schedule meetings, site visits, presentations, and service discussions.
Communicate client requirements clearly to the concerned departments.
Monitor service-related complaints and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Communication & Documentation
Handle professional email communication with clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and client-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
Provide regular updates to management on client status and business development activities.
