About the Role

Iridium Infotech is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete customer onboarding process.

Communicate with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

Understand customer requirements and provide timely assistance.

Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and other internal teams.

Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents and information.

Handle customer queries and resolve onboarding-related concerns.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare onboarding reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Professional and positive attitude.

Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
