Job Title: Business Development Operations Manager – Pest Control

Location: Chennai (Pan India Extensive Travel Required)
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Must Speak English and Hindi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive revenue growth, manage field operations, and lead a team within the pest control division. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, site inspections, and ensuring smooth operational execution across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

• Identify and develop leads through field visits and client interactions

• Conduct site inspections and recommend pest control solutions

• Manage and supervise field staff and service teams

• Ensure timely and efficient execution of pest control operations

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare and submit regular reports to management

• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution

• Travel across India as required for business development and operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations (preferably in pest control, facility management, or related industry)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and client-handling abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively across India

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Basic knowledge of pest control services is an added advantage
