Job Description – Corporate Sales man
Position Summary
The Corporate Sales professional is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within corporate accounts. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding organisational needs, and delivering customised solutions to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target new corporate clients through research, networking, cold calling, and market mapping.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals for corporate clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO-level, procurement teams, admin/HR heads).
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure end-to-end coordination from proposal to closure and post-sales support.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
4. Account Management
Maintain updated records of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline in CRM tools.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client developments.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent service delivery.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to deliver client requirements.
Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Marketing, or related field is plus point)

0–3 years
Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales (will be preferred)
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
Compensation
