We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000 - ₹24,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to advisors.
Monitor advisor performance and ensure business growth.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate reports and update business activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
