Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Business Development Officer (BDO) to manage site activities, handle customers, and generate bookings. The candidate should be proactive, customer-friendly, and willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise site operations
Handle customer inquiries and provide project details
Arrange and coordinate site visits
Prepare and submit site visit reports
Convert leads into bookings
Maintain good customer relationships
Booking Incentive:
For each booking, ₹1,000 will be collected
₹500 will be given to the BDO
₹500 will be allocated to the office
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Petrol Allowance provided
Incentives based on performance
Requirements:
Bike is mandatory
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Willing to travel
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
