Hiring: Field Manager – Security & Housekeeping Operations
We are looking for a dynamic Field Manager to manage approximately 150 Security Guards and Housekeeping staff across South Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits as per security and housekeeping shifts.
- Ensure smooth deployment of manpower at all client locations.
- Identify and rectify manpower shortages.
- Improve staff discipline, grooming, and behavioural standards.
- Maintain high service quality to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients and the operations team for seamless service delivery.
Eligibility:
- Degree holder.
- Prior experience in the security services industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Chennai.
