Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our presence in the banking and insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in banking and insurance products

• Conduct field sales activities, client visits, and market surveys in assigned areas

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel associates

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Promote company products through effective presentations and negotiations

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in banking or insurance

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Good knowledge of local market (New Delhi & nearby areas)

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
