Role Objective

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the Ahmedabad and Gujarat market for Wisecor’s workforce solutions. The role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, engage with key decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ahmedabad and nearby regions through networking, cold calling, and client visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Founders, CXOs, and senior management.

• Understand client workforce requirements and offer tailored solutions in:

  • HR Outsourcing

  • Payroll Management

  • Recruitment & Staffing Services

  • Manpower Augmentation

• Present company services effectively and conduct client meetings and presentations.

• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and explore cross-selling opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Target Clients

• Mid-sized organizations (50–500 employees)

• Industries include:

  • Manufacturing

  • Pharmaceuticals

  • Engineering

  • IT Services

  • Logistics

  • Export-oriented businesses

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred

• 4 to 5 years of experience in:

  • B2B Sales / Consulting Sales

• Preferred industry experience:

  • HR Services

  • Recruitment Consulting

  • Staffing / Payroll Services

  • Outsourcing Solutions
