We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data
2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development

Two-wheeler preferred (if field sales role)
