Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach hotels, banquet halls, resorts, and event venues for partnership opportunities.
Onboard hospitality partners onto the Companies platform through various alliance and business models.
Present Companies value proposition and negotiate partnership terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel and banquet owners, general managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner activation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, negotiations, and onboarding status in the CRM.
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
Represent Company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and business visits.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong sales and business development mindset.
Ability to build relationships with hospitality industry professionals.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email drafting, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
