Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients in need of warehousing, distribution, and logistics services. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing to generate leads.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for acquiring new business in the warehousing and logistics sector. Tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and contracts. Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
• Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the internal logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and operational capabilities.
• Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients while constantly seeking new prospects.
• Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay informed of market trends and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition, and market trends to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
