Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, residential projects, and interior works.

• Build relationships with builders, architects, real estate developers, and property consultants.

• Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.

• Meet potential clients and present company services, proposals, and quotations.

• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project requirements and execution planning.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and business proposals.

• Maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them into projects.

• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming real estate developments.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of construction services, interiors, or real estate market

• Ability to generate leads and close deals
