We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager – Modern Trade to drive our expansion across 3–4 states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand Modern Trade business across assigned states.

• Drive product listings and business development with leading supermarket and retail chains.

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and category buyers.

• Execute sales strategies, visibility programs, promotions, and new product launches.

• Achieve sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade Sales with a National Spice Brand or reputed FMCG company.

• Proven track record of onboarding and managing major Modern Trade chains.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
