Business Development Manager

Need to handle minimum any 1 districts of preferred/desired state.  Primary sales-Need to appoint a single super-distributor/ for all allocated districts.  Need to appoint Super distributor with 5 Lakh as investment against material within the span of 1 month.  In Secondary Sales-Need to handle the team of sales Executives district wise after appointment of super-distributors.  Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing training to motivate to achieve sales targets .  Monitoring the performance of the sales team and achieve target through them in in secondary sales.  Building and Maintaining good working relationships with channel sales associates.  Identifying opportunities and strategies and implanting them to increase sales.  Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions with seniors and juniors.  Performing all duties as directed by the company.. CompanyName-SURAKSHAGOLDINDUSTRIESPVTLTD Job Location- PREFERRED DISTRICT AS HEAD QUARTER Designation:- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
