We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Deposits) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and develop strategic plans that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in one of the following sectors: NBFC, Multi-state Cooperative Society, Life Insurance, or Banking.
• Applications from Retired Government Staff with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Must consistently achieve a minimum of 3 closed leads per week.
• Must maintain a minimum lead conversion rate of 50% or higher.
