Visit bakery & ice-cream clients, demonstrate product features, and explain applications.
Conduct regular sales visits, take orders, coordinate supply management, and follow up with dealerships.
Resolve technical issues at bakery/ice-cream production sites.
Coordinate with technical staff to drive focused product promotions and generate orders.
Plan and execute events, promotions, and other marketing activities to boost territory sales.
Maintain daily reporting and submit monthly work reports per company standards.
Represent the company at national-level exhibitions as required.
Travel 15–20 days per month across the assigned zone/territory for sales operations.
Ensure appropriate stock levels at dealer points.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational information.
Perform key business development activities such as:
a. Following up on new business leads and arranging meetings
b. Preparing and delivering presentations
c. Sharing updates on new product developments
d. Overseeing marketing collateral
e. Preparing reports
f. Sharing regular feedback and insights with management
1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG, FMCD, Agro, or related industries.
Strong communication and management skills.
Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience in the bakery/ice-cream industry is an added advantage.
Good business sense and understanding of marketing principles.
Positive attitude, strong negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
Good listening skills and business functioning knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
