We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the real estate industry, have a proactive attitude, and be willing to work in the office.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and potential clients.

• Create and execute strategies to acquire new tenants for the company’s properties.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants and clients.

• Answer client inquiries and provide professional advice on property options and leasing terms.

• Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners to resolve any concerns.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential tenants and property owners.

• Assist in the lease signing process and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Spend time on the field visiting properties and meeting clients to establish relationships and promote services.

• Travel to various properties within the designated area, with a fuel allowance provided for business-related travel.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome.

• Previous experience in property management or real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet targets
