We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Sforce Services. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,500 - ₹31,500 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and leads.
Recruit and develop Financial Consultants (FCs).
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote HDFC Life insurance products.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct client meetings and field visits.
Train and motivate the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
