1. Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents.

2. Provide training and product knowledge to advisors.

3. Generate life insurance business through advisor network.

4. Motivate, guide and support advisors to improve performance.

5. Develop local market network and generate leads.

6. Assist advisors in customer acquisition and relationship management.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

8. Fixed Salary [upto 3.75 LPA] + Allowances + Incentives
