Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and confident Business Development Manager for a field-based B2B role. The position involves managing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients in the sugar plant sector.

This is not a target-based role and does not involve new lead generation or sales pressure. The primary focus is client coordination, meetings, and relationship management

.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned Sugar Plants.
  

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.

• Conduct client meetings for product discussions, order follow-ups, and coordination.

• Handle client communication and resolve queries professionally.

• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution.

• Provide technical product explanations during meetings.

• Submit daily visit and meeting reports.
