• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Generate new business opportunities through field activities, channel partners, RWAs, builders, and corporate clients.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.

• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and deal closure.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Train new sales executives on products, sales strategies, and company processes.

• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–5 years of experience in the Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar Industry.

• Experience in handling a sales team is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, net metering, and customer acquisition.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.

• Preferred CandidateCandidate must have prior experience in the Solar Industry.

• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
