Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities through field activities, channel partners, RWAs, builders, and corporate clients.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and deal closure.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Train new sales executives on products, sales strategies, and company processes.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–5 years of experience in the Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar Industry.
Experience in handling a sales team is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, net metering, and customer acquisition.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.
Preferred CandidateCandidate must have prior experience in the Solar Industry.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
