11 Responsibilities

1) Identify and prospect potential clients through various

channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing

and new clients, understanding their needs and offering

tailored solutions.

3) Conduct market research to identify new business

opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and

competitors.

4) Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to

achieve individual and team targets.

5) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and

proposals to prospective clients.

6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

marketing and technical departments, to develop effective

sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

7) Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring

mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and

clients.

8) Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer

interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.

9) Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and understanding

of the facility management industry trends in the region.

10) Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally,

as required.
