Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
Identify new market opportunities and customer needs through detailed research
Conduct meetings with prospective clients (Doctors, Institutions, Distributors)
Promote company’s vaccine products, specifically Nexipox-Advance PFS (Varicella Vaccine)
Maintain accurate sales records, revenue data, and client communications
Forecast sales and prepare detailed performance analysis
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coach and mentor entry-level sales staff into high-performing team members
Manage and monitor team activities and ensure achievement of KPIs
Make 10 Doctor calls per day individually
Conduct Joint Field Work with Business Executives (10 Doctor calls + 1 Institution visit per day)
Ensure daily performance monitoring of the team
Achieve individual POB (Purchase Order Booking) targets
Secure Monthly Primary Orders from stockists
Focused promotion of Nexipox-Advance PFS, a doctor-dispensed Chickenpox vaccine

Proven experience in Pediatric segment and Vaccine promotions
Capable of both individual contributions and team leadership
