📢 Job Opening – Business Development Officer (BDO)
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Marketing / Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Team management and coordination
✅ Employee recruitment and onboarding
✅ Farmers' meetings and relationship management
✅ Explaining company policies and business models to farmers
✅ Coordinating cattle shed (Gotha) construction work
✅ Identifying and purchasing HF cows from the market
✅ Maintaining livestock purchase records and documentation
✅ Coordinating milk collection operations
✅ Maintaining milk production and income records
✅ Handling day-to-day field operations and company activities
✅ Reporting work progress to management
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing / Business Development
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing to travel for field work
Basic computer and record-keeping knowledge preferred
