SALARY - Rs. 300,000 TO Rs. 450,000 + Incentives + 06 Months Promotions
Job Summary -
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets for insurance products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills with the ability to understand customer financial needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities -
Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and field activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Generate business through personal networking and customer references.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain policy features, benefits, and claim processes.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company guidelines.
