We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services by visiting customers in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets through direct, face-to-face interactions.
Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Promote company products/services through direct meetings and demonstrations
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities
Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with the sales team and management for updates and strategies
Proven experience in field sales or outdoor sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and travel extensively
Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and CRM tools
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
