Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: Life Insurance
Channel: Banca Channel

Location: South Mumbai (Fort)
CTC: ₹3.25 LPA
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI
Life Insurance experience preferred
Banca Channel experience will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches
Develop strong relationships with bank staff and branch managers
Lead generation and conversion to achieve sales targets
Conduct product training and joint calls with bank teams
Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance norms

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with strong sales mindset
