Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Sports & Fitness

Location: Matunga East

Working days: 6 Days working

Job Timing: 10am to 8pm

Salary: Upto 50k

Gender: Male and Female

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Field Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in sports and fitness. The ideal candidate will promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and represent the brand at sports clubs, gyms, fitness centres, schools, colleges, and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.

- Promote sports and fitness products/services through direct marketing.

- Build and maintain relationships with gyms, fitness centres, sports academies, schools, colleges, and corporate clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer information.

- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sports Management, Physical Education, Marketing, or related field preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development.

- Background or strong interest in sports and fitness.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
