Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders.

• Achieve monthly business targets for disbursement and portfolio growth.

• Guide customers through loan application, documentation, and disbursement process.

• Conduct market research to generate leads and ensure business development.

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
