We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisers while ensuring consistent business generation and strong adviser engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisers.
Train, coach, and mentor advisers for business growth.
Drive life insurance sales through the adviser network.
Build and maintain long-term adviser relationships.
Support advisers in customer acquisition and sales closures.
Achieve monthly business and productivity targets.
Conduct regular field visits and joint sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Coordinate with branch teams for seamless operations.
