Job Role – Business Development Manager - HDFC Life

Recruit and onboard quality advisors / partners through personal networking and market references
Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in business growth
Guide and motivate the team to generate business opportunities
Conduct training and field support activities for team members
Help customers understand suitable insurance solutions as per their needs
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth coordination with clients and team members
Drive branch-level business growth through team management and relationship building
