Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and mentor Insurance Advisors
Build and expand a strong advisor network
Drive business growth through team development and market expansion
Conduct joint field visits and client meetings with advisors
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
Ensure smooth policy processing and documentation
Provide excellent post-policy service support
Monitor team performance and guide them for continuous improvement
Execute company growth strategies in the assigned territory
