We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
