We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Business Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, guiding advisers, supporting team development, and driving overall branch growth through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and develop a team of advisers through various sourcing activities
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to advisers for business development
Build strong relationships with advisers and support them in client handling
Coordinate with branch teams for smooth business operations
Conduct regular meetings and activities to improve team productivity
Support advisers in generating leads and expanding customer reach
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Maintain regular follow-up and engagement with the adviser team
