We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at HDFC LIFE. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21,500 - ₹24,500 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.

• Conduct field visits, cold calling, and client presentations.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients for retention and referrals.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and required documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
