Hiring: Business Development Manager – SAP

This role is ideal for mid-to-senior level SAP sales professionals with strong experience in SAP Partner ecosystem, enterprise sales, and large deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Drive SAP sales and business development across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for:
SAP ECC
SAP S/4HANA
RISE with SAP
Generate new projects and onboard new enterprise customers
Engage with CIOs, CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers
Lead solution selling for:
SAP AMS
Implementation & Rollouts
Upgrades & Cloud Migration
Achieve annual revenue targets (₹6 Cr+)
Coordinate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams
Track target vs achievement and maintain strong sales pipeline
Stay updated with SAP ecosystem trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in SAP Sales & Business Development
Must have worked with SAP Silver or Gold Partner companies
Strong exposure to:
SAP S/4HANA projects
New project acquisition
Enterprise solution selling
Proven individual contributor with deal-closure capability
Strong network with SAP ecosystem & enterprise customers
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Experience managing target-driven roles
SAP B1 experience is not required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT or related field
MBA preferred
