Conduct impactful presentations, client meetings, and site visits to showcase project benefits.
Develop persuasive sales pitches and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Market Insight & Strategic Planning
Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences.
Use insights to refine outreach strategies and offer well-informed solutions to clients.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records, pipeline status, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for internal reviews.
Customer Relationship & Retention
Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues proactively.
Follow up with past clients for referrals, repeat business, and long-term engagement.
Administrative & Process Oversight
Assist in setting up and managing new client accounts and documentation—both manually and digitally.
Update financial/account data accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
CANDIDATE CREDENTIALS
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles—preferably in real estate, housing, or financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command over CRM tools and MS Office.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and convert leads into loyal customers.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus.
