Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2C sales team in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for our residential internet services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition and revenue growth in Gurgaon.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance regularly.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify market opportunities and challenges, and develop action plans accordingly.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated customer issues.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the telecom, ISP, or DTH industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team to achieve targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement tactical sales plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon market.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
