Job Profile: Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility is to recruit Associate Members from your nearby area and build a strong team.

You will be responsible for guiding, managing, and motivating your team to achieve the targets assigned by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire Associate Members from your local area.

• Build and manage a high-performing team.

• Ensure your team completes the assigned business targets.

• Provide support, guidance, and regular follow-ups with team members.

• Maintain professionalism and contribute to business growth.

Industry: BFSI & Banking Sector

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on your individual performance and successful target completion.
