Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits daily to meet high-profile clients.
Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent field activity.
Promote Docland medico-legal and risk management services in assigned territories.
Educate healthcare professionals about the importance of indemnity insurance and legal protection.
Expand market share by increasing penetration in hospitals and clinics.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits, leads generated, and deals closed.
Qualifications
Graduation
Required minimum 1- 5 years' experience
