Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, social media, and networking events.

• Present and sell Digital Das’s digital marketing products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

• Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
