Business Development Manager Job Description :

- Role: Drive business growth and expansion for our interior company

- Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and leads

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver excellent client experiences

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Prepare business proposals and pitches

- Candidates experience from interior company or relevant sales experience preferred.

- Ideal candidate should be able to meet the client and identify requirement and close the order

- Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in business development or sales

- Experience in interior design or construction, relaestate industry preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- MBA or relevant degree preferred

-Flexible to do field visit for identifying the sales lead
