We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in Chennai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

- Generate leads through networking, market research, and client outreach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

- Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

✅ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

- Knowledge of the Chennai market is an added advantage.
