Job Summary
we are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager (Field-Based) to
expand business opportunities in courier and cargo services. The candidate will be responsible for
field sales, client acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and revenue growth across Pune and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in courier and cargo services.
Visit clients, corporate offices, warehouses, and business hubs for sales meetings.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth service delivery.
Handle rate negotiations and business proposals.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Required Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build corporate and retail client relationships.
Good knowledge of the courier, logistics, and cargo industry.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales, logistics, courier, or cargo industry.
