Position: Business Development Executive
BRIO Glaze Window Systems is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into sales for our premium aluminium windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, referrals, site visits, and direct visits.
Meet customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and promote BRIO Glaze products.
Follow up with customers and close sales.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and lead details.
Submit regular sales updates to management.
Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree or Diploma.
Experience: 1–5 years in sales or business development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Experience in aluminium windows & doors, construction, interiors, real estate, or building materials will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹25000+ per month
Incentives: Performance-based attractive incentives
