Job summary:-
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding merchants, and driving revenue growth for Rocket Pay. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and promotion of digital payment solutions. The candidate should be targetdriven, proactive, and capable of managing end-to-end business development activities.
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Identify and onboard new merchants/businesses for Rocket Pay services
• Promote digital payment solutions such as UPI Autopay, e-mandates, and automated collections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships • Achieve monthly and quarterly business target
• Conduct field visits and business meetings with merchants
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and activation
• Prepare daily activity and sales reports .
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, field sales, fintech, or payments & Telecom industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Graduation is mandatory.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience
