Role Objective
To lead channel partner acquisition and business growth by onboarding, managing, and scaling a strong network of brokers and channel partners, driving consistent sales across real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the channel partner strategy to drive sales growth
Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners / brokers
Build long-term relationships with key CPs and real estate consultants
Conduct CP meets, project presentations, and sales briefings
Drive sales through channel network and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Work closely with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead conversion
Monitor CP performance, incentives, and payout structures
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong, active channel partner & broker network
Proven track record in driving sales via CPs
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
