ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead school outreach efforts in the field — someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and consistently delivering on ambitious targets within the education sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Conduct on-ground visits to schools to present and promote Emversity's educational offerings.
✓ Generate qualified leads and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships.
✓ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
✓ Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
✓ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Minimum one year of experience in EdTech field sales, with a focus on school outreach.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
✓ Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and outreach programmes.
✓ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
